Meet Nadezhda Kutepova: a well-known environmental activist and member of WECF's International Advisory Board. Since she whistleblowed on the nuclear disaster in the region of Ozerk, the Russian authorities accuse her of industrial espionage. In fear of prosecution and worse, she and her three children fled their home country. “In Russia, Kutepova was considered an enemy of the state.”
