Anke Stock, gender and rights specialist of WECF, was invited to present her paper
“Women’s Right to Land and Its Cross-Cutting Nature: Experiences from Tajikistan and a Human Rights Based Sustainable Development Framework” based on WECF’s work in the region. The conference took part at Yale University in New Haven, USA, with the participation of academia and civil society providing a unique platform for exchange. The conference’s outcomes were a collection of concrete policy recommendations and the summary of research gaps.
