Bulgarian project “Developing a model for sustainable water and waste management in rural areas in Bulagria“ was presented on a working conference in Landau (Pfalz) from 3-5 September, 2006

This is an annual conference which deals with Ecosystems under stress. There were 350 participants from universities in Germany, Switzerland, Poland and Austria, companies and media.
Special attention was paid on:

the ecosystems under strass ;
the impact of the chemicals – REACH;
the ecotoxicology and Environmental chemistry

The bulgarian project was presented on the 4th and 5th September with a poster about “Opportunities for wastewater treatment in rural areas in Easter Europe“. The poster was included in Session 3:Ecology and Ecotoxicology-Dinamik of Ecosystems under stress.
